Han-nya-shin-gyo 般若心経

仏説摩訶般若波羅蜜多心経
♪ bu-setsu-ma-ka-han-nya-ha-ra-mi-ta-shin-gyo
観自在菩薩 kan-ji-zai-bo-sa
行深般若波羅蜜多時 gyo-jin-han-nya-ha-ra-mi-ta-ji
照見五蘊皆空 sho-ken-go-un-kai-ku
度一切苦厄 do-i-sai-ku-yaku
舎利子 sha-ri-shi
色不異空 shiki-fu-i-ku
空不異色 ku-fu-i-shiki
色即是空 shiki-soku-ze-ku
空即是色 ku-soku-ze-shiki
受想行識 ju-so-gyo-shiki
亦復如是 yaku-bu-nyo-ze
舎利子 sha-ri-shi
是諸法空相 ze-sho-ho-ku-so
不生不滅 fu-sho-fu-metsu
不垢不浄 fu-ku-fu-jo
不増不減 fu-zo-fu-gen
是故空中無色 ze-ko-ku-chu-mu-shiki
無受想行識 mu-ju-so-gyo-shiki
無眼耳鼻舌身意 mu-gen-ni-bi-ze-shin-ni
無色声香味触法 mu-shiki-sho-ko-mi-soku-ho
無眼界 mu-gen-kai
乃至無意識界 nai-shi-mu-i-shiki-kai
無無明 mu-mu-myo
亦無無明尽 yaku-mu-mu-myo-jin
乃至無老死 nai-shi-mu-ro-shi
亦無老死尽 yaku-mu-ro-shi-jin
無苦集滅道 mu-ku-shu-metsu-do
無智亦無得 mu-chi-yaku-mu-toku
以無所得故 i-mu-sho-to-ko
菩提薩埵 bo-dai-sa-ta
依般若波羅蜜多故 e-han-nya-ha-ra-mi-ta-ko
心無罣礙 shin-mu-ke-ge
無罣礙故 mu-ke-ge-ko
無有恐怖 mu-u-ku-fu
遠離一切顚倒夢想 on-ri-i-sai-ten-do-mu-so
究竟涅槃 ku-kyo-ne-han
三世諸仏 san-ze-sho-butsu
依般若波羅蜜多故 e-han-nya-ha-ra-mi-ta-ko
得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提
toku-a-noku-ta-ra-san-myaku-san-bo-dai
故知般若波羅蜜多 ko-chi-han-nya-ha-ra-mi-ta
是大神呪 ze-dai-jin-shu
是大明呪 ze-dai-myo-shu
是無上呪 ze-mu-jo-shu
是無等等呪 ze-mu-to-do-shu
能除一切苦 no-jo-i-sai-ku
真実不虚 shin-zitsu-fu-ko
故説般若波羅蜜多呪

The message from Heart Sutra
Everything is one energy. Please get true freedom.
You need to be going to the center of the heart (the center of everything). It is important for you to sharpen you well.
You are beneficent and kind. You are quiet and pure.
万物はひとつのエネルギーである。
本当の自由を手に入れてください。
心（万物の中心）に向かって進みなさい。
あなた自身を研ぎ澄ますことが大切です。
あなたは、慈悲深く優しい。
そして、穏やかで純粋です。

Everything does not have individuality. Everything is empty.
All the distress is relieved.
Best pupil
The substance (all visible things) is always changing. No substances have individuality. All substances are "empty."
The empty can make all.
All the existence is empty.
（Impermanence of all things）
The empty can make any substances.
(The empty can always give you peacefulness.)
受想行識

亦復如是

是諸法空相

不生不滅

不垢不浄

Mentality
(feeling, consciousness, a concept, recognition)
These are the same as that of "empty."
Best pupil
All are always changing. There is no peculiar character. All are "empty." There is only the characteristic of "empty."
What appeared certainly disappears. Then, it appears again. A "appearance" and "disappearance" always depend mutually.
"dirt and clean" are subjective value.
"Increase and decrease" is relative recognition.
Not all the things that exist in this world have substance. "Existence" is "empty."
There is no substance also in a mentality. "mentality" is "empty."
無眼耳鼻舌身意

無眼界

乃至無意識界

There is no substance also in mind and body (a sense organ).
There is no substance also in various feelings.
You must be bound by not all feelings.
You must be bound by not all consciousness (all judgment actions in your heart).
You should throw away all the attachment.
"Confusion" and "spiritual enlightenment" do not exist in this world.
"Old age" and "death" do not exist in this world.
"Death" does not have substance.
無苦集滅道

Stop being attached to your suffering.
You should take care not to boast of your wisdom.
If a bad idea appears, remember the fresh ground "empty."

Most wonderful wisdom (Sharing of a blessing, a rule, patience, efforts, mental concentration, the right wisdom, an expedient, a vow, judgment, endurance, powers of observation)
The state which does not have a prejudice in your heart
If you do not have prejudice in your heart,
You do not feel fear.
You should change all the views which are the true contrary.
究竟涅槃

If you understand "truth", you will be able to have quiet and great wisdom.
Countless wonderful wisdom exists in "the past, the present, and the future."

True wisdom
If you understand the highest wisdom
The highest wisdom has a wonderful effect.
The highest wisdom has wonderful words.
The highest wisdom has the greatest force.
Therefore, these words have the greatest force.
The highest wisdom changes "all suffering" into "peaceful feeling."
"Understanding truth" is the same as "living in the wonderful world."
故説般若波羅蜜多呪
