Akasawa Shizen Kyuyourin Park（the Akazawa natural recreation forest）is a natural Japanese cypress wood in Nagano. This is the birthplace of a forest bath in Japan. The forest has a very wonderful smell and many comfortable walk ways.
The shrine pavilions of the Ise Shrine (leader of the shrine in Japan) are built by the Japanese cypress of this forest. The object of worship of the Ise Shrine is also this Japanese cypress. This is a very precious forest from ancient times. And many fairies live in this forest.

赤沢自然休養林は、長野県にある天然のヒノキ林。ここは日本の森林浴発祥の地。この森林は、とても素晴らしい匂いとたくさんの快適な散策路をもっている。伊勢神宮（日本の神社のリーダー）の社殿は、この森林のヒノキで建てられている。伊勢神宮の御神体もここのヒノキである。この森林は古代からとても大切にされている。だから、この森林には、たくさんの妖精たちが暮らしている。この森林を訪れると、きっとかわいらしい妖精たちを見つけるだろう。
