Ise and the Azuchi Momoyama culture village （Ise-Azuchi-momoyama-bunka-mura）are the theme parks reproducing Nobunaga Oda's castle and castle town.
You can experience samurai culture（urban culture, ninja culture, etc.） of those days, here. Especially, it is greatest that Nobunaga Oda's castle (Azuchi Castle) is reproduced faithfully.
The graceful view from the observation room (Hakkaku-do) of the castle tower is really wonderful. And you can feel a samurai-general's feeling here.

Arimatsu-Narumi Shibori 有松・鳴海絞り
Arimatsu-Narumi-Shibori is the tie-dyeing born in Nagoya at the Edo period. And it has many very graceful original patterns. The traditional technique is still inherited by handicraftsmen.
A one craftsman takes charge of one pattern. And the number of the patterns has 100. Furthermore, it is wonderful that the Arimatsu area is maintaining the air of the Edo period as it is.
Therefore, the Arimatsu-Shibori festival held there in June every year is really elegant, and wonderful. If you participate in the festival, you can experience both the tie-dyeing and other great Edo culture.
